Spirited Growth - Helen Williams

Spirited Growth came to be as I was exploring the sense of Earth as a nurturer and what she may look like.  As the three faces emerged there was a consideration of the faces we all put to the world as feminine, a fierceness of protection. A face of compassion and nurture. Youthfulness is eternal yet as humans there is a putting away of childlike joy that is to humanity's detriment.  The subjugation of the child within as we are taught and conditioned to 'grow up'. That year was a deepening of my child within that has become a source of abiding joy no matter what my circumstances happen to be.
